LIFE sells building in Antwerp north to adult education LIGO

LIFE is pleased to announce an agreement to sell a 5,300-square-metre building in Antwerp North to adult education institution LIGO. LIFE purchased the property in 2018, which has been rented for many years to the Antwerp Stockhouse on the ground floor and Samenlevingsopbouw on the upper floors. The building will be completely vacant by the end of this year.
The Stuivenbergplein property in Antwerp offers a strategic location for LIGO, creating an ideal opportunity to expand and improve their educational efforts.

The permit application has been submitted, and work is scheduled to commence in 2024.
LIFE, together with BPI, owns the adjacent ‘Martin Offices’ building. The remaining 2,500 m² of uncompleted offices are available for purchase.
